The traditional way cooked lamb or game dishes, seasonal mushroom dishes, fresh fish and seafood - accompanied with a local wine - delight even the most demanding gourmets. All dishes that we serve are made of natural ingredients coming from the region and are prepared on authentic traditional way of island Cres.
For your cosy stay you can choose from 1 family rooms for 4 peoples, 1 family rooms for 4-6 peoples, 3 rooms with place for 3 persons and 7 double rooms. All our rooms are newly renovated in traditional style and all rooms are offering own bathroom and mini bar. Materials and colours which we used for renovation and decoration are environmentally-friendly.
Eco-friendly Pansion: we collect the rain water. We recycle the used water with biological filters. The solar-energy helps us to head the water we use. For all cleaning work we use environmentally-friendly products. Our guest can support this philosophy and bring their own biological products (shampoo, soap, shower gel) or buy this products in our Pansion.
Your friendly hosts offer you an unforgettable moment in a warm, unique, homely ambience. The meals you enjoy on the large terrace - with a beautiful view overlooking the Kvarner Bay - or in the cosy dining room. We spoil you with the traditional way cooked fish or meat dishes or with the traditional specialty "Peka". Sometimes we prepare it on the open fire place. In the pension Tramontana meet friends, tourists and locals alike.
The Pansion Tramontana is in a great community – next to an international centre for conservation and volunteer centre, the centre for the protection of the griffon vultures which includes exhibitions about the nature and history of the Cres and Lošinj islands. The whole location represents an authentic centre for all lovers of the natural and historical riches of the island of Cres.
