Inquiries and reservations are accepted through our website (e-mail or contact form), by phone or in person at the reception of Pansion Tramontana.
At the moment of reservation, a credit card guarantee or an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the price of stay per booked accommodation unit, is required for booking a service.
A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation and will not be charged at the time of booking unless stated otherwise in the offer. Payment is to be made at the reception desk of Pansion Tramontana in Kunas according to the current price list. The credit card will be charged only in case of late cancellation or no-show.
The reservation will be cancelled with prior notice in case the guest does not pay the advance payment or provides the credit card data as guarantee.
We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival. In case of a failed pre-authorization, we may cancel your reservation with prior notice.
The credit card information is securely stored in the system and the data can only be accessed by an authorized employee of Pansion Tramontana.

On the day of arrival, the room will be available until 23,00. Arrivals after 23,00 are subject to availability and with prior request.
Discounts:
Children up to 4 (3,99) years old in the room with their parents stay free of charge.
Children from 4 – 14 (13,99) years old in the room with parents occupying the extra bed get a 50% discount.
Persons over the age of 14 occupying the extra bed in the room pay the full price.
Payment is to be made at the reception desk of Pansion Tramontana in Kunas according to the current price list.
Modifications & Cancellation policy
Modifications and cancellations of reservations can only be done in writing.
Reservation modifications are possible up to 15 days prior to arrival.
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival and the advance payment amount will be returned in full.
Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival and no show, the full advance payment amount will be charged.
For advance payment returns, bank fees will be deducted from the returned amount.
Prepaid non-refundable reservations are paid in advance in full amount. Those reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. In case of cancellation or no show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Complaints
