In the culinary studio of the Tramontana pansion restaurant, you can taste local traditional fish dishes, as well as the renowned Cres lamb and game.
Every day, we strive to source fresh ingredients, mostly from natural and organic origins, including fresh Adriatic fish and seafood, Cres lamb, other meat from Croatian sources, fresh fruits and vegetables, Tramontana honey, whole grains, top-quality Istrian prosciutto, island cheeses, and olive oils. We prepare our bread and pastries ourselves using traditional grandmother’s recipes.

At Pansion Tramontana, the kitchen is the heart of the house. We prepare homemade meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients from our island, cooked with care and respect for nature. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available upon request.
Our dishes combine local traditions with gentle modern cooking techniques, allowing natural flavours to shine. Each menu includes a starter or soup, a main course with side dish and salad, and a homemade dessert.
Every morning, guests can enjoy a rich buffet breakfast with a selection of homemade and local products.
Guests who are not staying at Pansion Tramontana are also welcome to dine in our restaurant, with prior reservation.
